楽器可物件の紹介サイトの立ち上げへ

音楽が好きな人は、家でも演奏したいという憧れを

持つものですが、今度、イエロースパンの中で、

楽器可物件へのリンクサイトを立ち上げます。

単純に不動産サイトと提携して、そこへリンクするという

ものですが、これは、意外と需要があるかもと

作る前から期待しております。

現代人は暇しているのです。

以前から、足を踏み入れたい分野だったのですが、なかなかよい提携先が見つかりませんでした。

今回提携させていただいたのは、株式会社ネクストさんが運営するHOME'Sというサイトです。

シンプルですがとても使い勝手のよい不動産検索サイトに思えます。

今後は、こちらのサイトを利用させていただいて、イエロースパンが抱えるライブハウス情報と

地域に特化し、音楽に密接な関係にある企業とのシナジーを求めていきたいと思います。

もちろん、イエロースパンに、何が出来るというわけでは有りません。

今ある情報資産に付加価値をつけ、より多くのユーザー、そして、提携している企業に

還元できればと思っております。

（法人＝経営方針）＝（個人＝生涯目標）

法人の場合、経営方針とは、、個人で言う、生涯目標なのかもしれないと

感じました。

企業理念は、個人でいう、個性にあたり、こう有りたいと

願うものを第三者が理解できるような形で示すべきだと考えています。

経営方針、企業理念とすれば、『極めて堅苦しい文章の羅列』と

なりますが、個人に置き換えれば、とても重要なものであることに

違いありません。

人は、目的なくして行動できず、目標あって、プロセスが想像でき、

行動できるものです。

こういう男性になりたい、こういう女性になりたい。

それと同じように、法人という人は、どういう人になりたいのかが

法人に属する個々人が理解し、共有し、協力し合わなければならないと

思います。

私自身の生涯目標は、具体化できていませんが、あと50年か60年続くであろう

人生の中で、後悔をしない日々を過ごすことです。

私は、いつも、明日死んだら後悔しないかと自問自答します。

窮地に立たされたときはもちろん、小さな判断であってもです。

『ここで言わなければ』というときや、『ここでやらなければ』というとき

後悔しないかどうかをまず考えます。後悔は、後になってみなければ

分かり得ませんが、予想することは可能です。

イエロースパンの経営方針は、「多くの人に"使える"サイトにすること」であります。

理念は、「できる範囲で、できる限り、できるだけ、やる」です。

大きな口を叩いても、結局はできる範囲が決まっています。

今、できる範囲でできる限りやること。それが重要だと考えています。

一番重要なのは、『やる』、行動するということです。

行動することに重点を置いています。

明確化した目標があれば、それに向かう過程は想定することができ、行動に移しやすくなります。

ニートや、フリーターにおいて、自分を見失い、何がしたいのかよくわからなくなるのは、

目的や、目標を失ってしまうことが多くの原因です。

地図を持っていても、目的地がなければ、どこへいく当ても無く、さまよいます。

例え、社会がもっと便利になったとしても、目標がなければ、

自分自身は彷徨うことになります。

そうならないように、強い信念と、行動力、そして、決断力で、

日々を乗り越えていくようにしています。

そういう風に書くと、心強い人間に思われてしまいますが、

私自身、まだまだ弱い人間だと自覚しており、それを貫き通すことを目指して

努力しています。

会社にいても、社長であっても、フリーターでも、目的に対して強い眼差しを

持ち、それに向けて、進み続けることが、重要です。

新しい月、年度を向かえ、その気持ちをより一層強くして、

また一歩、もう一歩、目的に近づけるように歩いていきます。

はい、嘘です。

エイプリルフールということで、事実無根の嘘でございます。

人は、時として嘘を付く生き物です。

嘘は攻撃、嘘は防御。

いずれでもない嘘というものは、他人の心が読めぬこそ

成立する魔法です。

真実はひとつですが、それを知っているものに

問わなければ、絶対に答えを知ることが出来ません。

嘘を付かれた人は、答えを知ったとしても、

人を疑って止まない心は消せないものなのです。。

私が心配性で、疑い深いのは、人を信頼しきれて

いないからであり、その根源は、今でも忘れることが

ありません。

付いてもいい嘘、悪い嘘とありますが、

付いたときには、相手の心理を揺さぶり、

それは痕が残るものなのだということを、

分かって下さい。

私は去年も、エイプリルフールをやりましたが、

嘘を付いても、付かれても、相手を責める事などせず、

受け入れられるような寛大な人間になりたいという

気持ちがあるので、今年もやってみました。

嘘だと分かっているけどもホントはどうなの？と

2%くらい本当かもと思った人に向けて、今回、

掲示した嘘の内容と同等の『事実』を、近い未来に

実現させたいと思います。

嘘ですが、夢でもあります。
